I've spent 14 years inside Microsoft's customer delivery engine helping the world's most complex financial institutions transform; from legacy infrastructure to Agentic AI running at production scale in regulated environments. That's the work I was built for. Today I do that work inside Microsoft Frontier Company, the $2.5B operating business Microsoft launched in 2026 to become the largest outcome-driven AI engineering organization in the industry. Frontier embeds engineering, industry, and AI professionals directly inside Fortune-scale enterprises to design, deploy, and operate AI systems that deliver measurable business outcomes. As a Program Director for Financial Services, I lead a multi-million dollar portfolio of these engagements for Tier-1 FSI clients — sitting at the exact intersection where enterprise AI ambition becomes production reality. What that means in practice: Agentic AI deployments inside capital markets infrastructure. Cloud and cybersecurity transformation under Tier-2 resiliency and HA/DR requirements. Digital asset platforms for institutions that process trillions in daily volume. Production-grade systems that have to work, every time, under the scrutiny of regulators, risk committees, and C-suite stakeholders. I operate as the delivery integrator across engineering, advisory, and customer success, keeping complex, multi-stakeholder programs aligned from strategy through execution. I own account revenue growth, Azure consumption targets, and the client relationships that make both possible. Beyond Microsoft, I founded ASCENSO; a NYC-based professional network advancing opportunities for leaders in finance, technology, and consulting, rooted in my Latin tradition of strong, authentic personal relationships in business.
